:     Final date for Members to advise number of seats required.
1st June :      Final date for Members to arrange payment
14th June :    ACC will provide the members with an email draft of formal invitation to send to their guests.
15th July :     Final date for Members to submit their list of invited companies, guests and desired table seating.

Hot starter ​:​ Short baked scallops, BBQ fennel, chickpea panisse and gravy with saffron and vermouth
Main Course ​:​ Belgian entrecôte from “De Hoge Veluwe” roasted with chimichurri. Puffed sweet onion, pommes pont-neuf and watercress.
Dessert ​:​ Nespresso ‘Lungo & Decaffeinato’, a selection of Chinese and Sri Lankan teas, biscuits and Belgian chocolates
Drinks ​:​ ACC/Avignonesi wines, draft beer, soft drinks and water.



The event will take place in the historical city centre, at 10 minutes’ walk of the central station and in the proximity of public transport. Due to central location, no bus-transportation has been organized by A.C.C..


The Handelsbeurs is located above a public Q-Park which is reachable via Katelijnevest 55, the parking has a total of 284 places.​
The Q-Park is a public parking, so space availability is not guaranteed.
